Khao Phanom Bencha National Park

Krabi's inland national park, built around the province's highest peak and thick with rainforest, waterfalls and birdlife. The star is Huay To Waterfall, an eleven-tier falls with pools you can swim in, a short walk from the entrance. It's a green, cool break from the beaches and far less visited — you'll often have the trails to yourself. There's tougher hiking deeper in for the keen. Foreigner entry is a couple of hundred baht. Bring shoes with grip; the rocks near the falls are slick.
