Krabi Snake Park and Kingcobra show

A small, old-school reptile park near Ao Nang with a king cobra handling show that's exactly as tense as it sounds — handlers baiting big cobras at arm's length, plus pythons, vipers and other snakes on display. It's a bit rough around the edges and the animal-welfare standards won't suit everyone, but kids tend to love the drama and it's a rain-day option. Entry is a few hundred baht, with an extra fee for hotel pickup. Shows run to a timetable, so check before you go.
